The author documents a hands-on attempt to make a music-video-style YouTube Short using ComfyUI with MiniMax H3’s FastH3 workflow, Suno music, Audacity, and Premiere. On a home PC with an RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB GPU, the project took about a day and a half.
